Deep within the music lies a master of sorts
Who can dance and contort

Makes a girl feel all giddy inside
It can even make you cry

Watching you from afar
As if you're a distant star

The music is loud and beating
My heart is fleeting
I want to be in your arms
Dancing the night away

Smelling your cologne
Being alone

Round and round we go
In a waltz
To the sonata of  "The Greatest Love of All"

We are in syncopate with every beat of the song
Flowing beautifully as one in a place where we belong

Around the room and off into the distance
Where no one can touch us any longer
We are one

The music is enrapturing,
Your smile captures
My every being
I am lost within your hold
In a place untold

We end on a piano note of finale
Standing silently
Looking into one another's eyes
A tear begins to well up
Secretly it slides from the corner of my eye
Down onto my cheek

I don't want to let go of you
It's like a dream come true

You say adieu and fade away slowly into the shadows of the moonlight night

Leaving me with just a memory of your presence
